Financial Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an Agent Aspirant with Hanke Ins and Financial Services, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Financial ability to begin and sustain a business. Drive for personal and financial achievement through meeting customer needs. Ability to organize, operate, and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses (SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, Or ChFC Designation). Demonstrated success driving business results (not limited to insurance or financial services). Sound knowledge of financial legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred A strong positive presence in the local community. A strong track record of professional success; ideally in external sales, business ownership or management roles.
